Within the ECCO Network, the Crisis Task Force is a group of well-experienced senior crisis communications and management experts.

Our Task Force is strongly rooted in Europe with additional experts in the USA, Australia and Turkey. This means that we are able to operate from various locations and time zones throughout the world. Over the years, we have developed a unique collaboration based on professionalism and shared work ethics.

Christian Kollmann

Christian Kollmann is the founder and managing director of communication matters. He used to be President in the Austrian Public Relations Association, is university lecturer and Chairman of ECCO. Besides strategic planning and communications trainings, he is specialized on crisis communication.
