How to integrate Millenials into an office that already has two other generations

Generation Y: Millennials, born between 1980 and 2000, use a world of efficiency which includes instant messaging (IM) platforms, intranet and social media to communicate key messages and get things done.
To use your millennial workforce to their full potential you need to understand the core values and communication preferences that define them.  Don’t expect them to simply sit quietly as a ‘spectator’ during the decision-making process; they want to be involved.

So how do you integrate the ambiguous nature of millennials into a workforce that already has two other generations working in it? There is no one-size-fits-all strategy, however a flexible approach to your internal communication strategy that takes into account the values and attitudes of each generation is a must.
